Enter quantities against anything you use and you will see a costed total straight away. These are our standard list prices — when we quote against your real volumes the price comes down, it does not go up.
Our quote will match these prices or beat them — never exceed them. What you see below is our standard list price for a one-off order. Volume, a standing delivery schedule and taking more of the range all bring it down. If we cannot at least match a price shown here, we will tell you why before you order.

Why your quote will usually be lower. The prices above assume a single one-off order. Three things typically reduce them: ordering in quantity, agreeing a standing delivery schedule so we ship less often, and consolidating more of your consumables onto one account. A site moving its full range across usually lands somewhere between 5% and 15% under list.
The only things that can raise the total are delivery outside the UK mainland, logo printing or other customisation, and part-pack quantities where we have to break a case. All three are quoted separately and clearly, and none of them change the unit prices shown above.
